How do I choose the right shoe size? There are no official norms dictating shoe sizing, which means that it often varies from brand to brand. To find your shoe size, please refer to our size guide, which is displayed on the product page for each pair of shoes in our collection. You can use this guideline to determine the right shoe size for you. If you're unsure, our team is happy to help you find your perfect size.

 

Are leMei shoes suitable for wide/narrow feet? Our shoes offer a regular fit. For wider or narrower feet, we recommend sizing up or down depending on your foot shape. You can always contact us for personal fit advice.

Do you ship to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland? Yes! We ship directly to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland with full tracking and transparent delivery times.

 

How long does delivery take to the DACH region? We estimate delivery within up to 14 business days for all orders shipped to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

Do I have to pay customs duties or VAT? For customers in the EU (Germany & Austria), all prices include VAT and duties. For Switzerland, customs may apply depending on your country’s import regulations. We aim to make this process as smooth as possible and provide support if needed.

 

Can I return or exchange my shoes? Yes, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with our Right of Withdrawal Policy. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at shop@lemei.de with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (you may use our sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory). You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the items have been received and inspected.
